What We Do

This Circle provides the essential support that keeps our shared ministry grounded, organized, and flourishing. Through attentive leadership and responsible stewardship, the Administration & Facilities Circle ensures that our church’s facilities, communications, and systems are aligned with our mission and able to serve the needs of the congregation and community.

  • Resource Stewardship: Oversee budgets, administrative systems, financial processes, record-keeping, and the church’s scholarship program, ensuring transparency and integrity.

  • Technology & Communications: Support audio/visual needs for worship, manage online and digital platforms, maintain the website, coordinate internal and external communications, and ensure our technology enhances ministry, accessibility, and outreach.

  • Facility Care & Oversight: Maintain the building and grounds; support custodial needs; ensure accessibility, cleanliness, and functionality for all who use our space.

  • Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Oversee building safety protocols, emergency procedures, risk management, and compliance, ensuring a secure environment for congregants and visitors.

  • Operational Support: Provide organizational leadership, policy development, and procedural clarity; create systems that help ministries and staff work effectively and joyfully.

  • Ministry & Community Support: Collaborate with staff and ministry circles; support space usage for congregational programs, community partners, and outside groups—extending our mission by opening our doors in meaningful ways.

  • Long-Range Planning: Engage in strategic conversations about sustainability, accessibility, technology needs, and future facility improvements that support our evolving mission.

Our Vision
We envision a well-resourced and well-equipped church where vibrant, flexible, and safe spaces—both physical and digital—support worship, justice, learning, care, and community. Through thoughtful planning and stewardship, we help prepare the way for the church we are becoming.
