This retreat brings together all incoming and outgoing leaders as we reflect on the past year, strengthen collaboration, and prepare for the year ahead.
During the day, we will:
• Clarify roles, priorities, and communication pathways
• Determine how we can use our meeting tempo to work smarter to build strong connections across Teams, Circles, and Council
• Reflect on our shared mission and commitments
